Built in the 1910’s, this house has been used for multiple productions. It includes 1 bathrooms, 1 bedrooms, and a spacious living room and kitchen. This house is very buildable as I’m comfortable with paint / wallpaper and am even open to not having it reverted depending on the color/pattern.
There is no central AC, but there are AC units I’ll be trying to get by June. There is a cat on the premises as well that cannot be removed so he needs special attention from crew but he’s friendly. The only rule is that the location needs to be put back to how it was, and you’re fully financially liable for fixing your production’s damages.
