The core rental space is our 10,000 sq ft studio, kitchenette, washrooms, office pods and parking for 30 vehicles. It's an open-concept area ideal for filming with plenty of power and ability to build sets with existing studio walls.
Pictured in the listing but as a separate negotiable rental (depending on availability / what's needed), we have a boardroom, showroom, kitchenette / lunch room plus plenty of power for lights and large appliances (like ovens). The property also has a fully outfitted event space and showroom (our core business) which can also be used for shoots at an additional fee and depending on availability.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
