With its unique industrial-chic design, the studio comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. Enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from Vancouver’s most famous bars, attractions, and downtown area.

Add a unique touch to your event with our self-portrait studio. Guests can take professional-quality photos without the need for a photographer – simply use our clicker, strike a pose, and create stunning memories. This interactive feature allows your guests to be both photographer and model, walking away with beautiful photos as keepsakes.
Versatile Spaces for Every Occasion
Our loft features three distinct areas, each designed to enhance your event experience:
- Spacious Living Room: Equipped with a projector, speakers, a full kitchen (minus the oven), and a white wall for projection, this area is perfect for larger gatherings. The living room is furnished with all the essentials, allowing you to easily customize the layout to suit your event’s needs.
- Cozy Lounge Room: Separated by a stylish glass wall, this intimate space is ideal for meetings, workshops, or as a lounge area for larger parties. The room includes a private bar stocked with glasses, tea cups, plates, and cutlery, ensuring you have everything you need for your event.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
