The large windows are south facing and have a roll up garage door that can block out the light. The room is surrounded with white cinderblock illuminated by spotlights and the floors are polished concrete. Open concept kitchen, with private bathroom with glass shower and the bedroom and 8 foot mirrored closet (off-limits unless otherwise arranged) are enclosed in opaque glass.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
