With its flexible open layout, premium finishes, and distinct architectural flair, this space is ideal for private parties, creative productions, wellness retreats, off-site meetings, art shows, brand activations, and nightlife events. The venue can be split into two 2,500 square foot sections depending on your event needs, venue is modular and as you can see from the photos all furniture is movable and flexible for specific needs.

• Three large smart TVs ideal for screenings, visual installations, or presentations
• Pool table, dart boards, and multiple lounge areas with designer furnishings
• A multi-use stage equipped with flexible lighting and analog/digital audio options
• Integrated Sonos audio system throughout both rooms
• Xbox and PlayStation available upon request
• Residential-style/pro kitchen with prep area and dining setup
• Up to three modern bathrooms with walk-in rain showers, one jacuzzi bathtub
• Overhead projector setup available
• Private dressing and chill rooms with lofts and beds—perfect for green room use or artist prep

• Sound curfew: 10 PM on weekdays, 11 PM on weekends (extended hours may be arranged with approval)

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
