Our home is a spacious 1700 plus sq. ft 4-bedroom luxurious home. This is our primary residence which is filled with lots of personal items.
Downstairs you will find the master bedroom complete with a king size bed with an ensuite. It has double sinks, a shower, TV with cable and internet. Also has a ceiling fan with light. Sliding door access to the courtyard.
The second bedroom is upstairs and has a double bed with some drawer and closet space available. There is a separate bathroom with full tub/shower combination. Also has a ceiling fan with light.
The bonus room is also upstairs along with table and chairs and a sliding door leading to a small balcony that overlooks the marina. Also has a ceiling fan with light.
Adjoining the bonus room is an alcove seated area with large picture windows to take in the spectacular view!
Downstairs is a large living area complete with an oversized sectional that has 3 recliners. It has a large entertainment center with a 76" TV and a gas fireplace. The living room has a large sliding door that opens to our private deck.
The dining room has a large table that also has a slider with access to the deck.
The kitchen has an open concept with all modern appliances including an oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator with water and ice purifier.
The outside deck has a fire table with 6 chairs. There are 2 additional wicker chairs for lounging along with a smaller table with 4 barstools. There is also a patio heater and a refrigerator. Walk off the deck and down to the dock where you will find our 16ft Duffy electric boat. Unfortunately, this is not available to sail but you are welcome to sit in it and enjoy the water.
The front courtyard is private with a 2-person jacuzzi

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
