This 2nd floor space features a large 25ft by 25ft open room with 9ft ceilings. There is a full kitchen and bathroom and abundant natural light coming from 2 4ft by 7ft windows. All the window sills kitchen and bathroom have matching black stone treatments. The space is airconditioned, and features additional space with 7ft ceilings adjacent giving another 20ft. X 20ft. Perfect for production teams. All the existing furnishings can be moved and stored in back rooms if not desired. Can be used for party scenes max capacity is 50 people. Perfect for private screenings with 260" viewable laser projector.
We are super willing to work with you for short or longer term keeping in mind we do live in the space.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
