Upscale Resort In Livingston Manor

This location is a boutique, upscale resort in Livingston Manor. Our gated property is located on approximately 250 acres in the western Catskills and has 1/4 mile of private water of the renowed Willowemoc Creek running through it. It's about 2 hours from the George Washington Bridge. Our property features 2 stone houses and 4 upscale cabins and a wood and stone gathering hall, all of which are near enough to each other to create a sense of community, but far enough apart to ensure privacy. Our private 300 foot suspension bridge is tastefully illuminated at night to add a dramatic touch to the property and creates breathtaking photographic opportunities. The natural beauty of the property and the different environmental conditions that are evidenced create incredible backgrounds for various scenes. One or more of the buildings on the property can be rented according to your needs to create unique settings. In addition to our private water and hiking trails, we can arrange for a range of activities including private fly fishing lessons and excursions, falconry lessons, axe throwing, cooking lessons, flower arrangement, yoga or in room massages or facials. We also have lawn games and a horseshoe pit on site, in addition to comfortable hammocks, chairs on the stream bank and several fire pits.
