Our space is commonly booked for photoshoots, Music Videos, or artistic events and can also be used for a wide variety of creative projects.
We have a 15x15 white cyc cove, a neon space, 70's room, faux brick wall and a clean modern white space in the front with plants and north facing windows.
We also have a small PA and can host a Kareoke party, light band or live comedy!
Our studio blends living and creative workspaces, so a few areas serve as shared access points.
It is a constantly evolving space and sets may vary at times, please inquire for specifics if needed!

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
