Hand Built One Of Kind Rustic Floating Cabin With Caretakers Who Are Very Cautious

The photos on this site can not do full justice to show exactly how cute / quaint / unique the location is because privacy does matter. Tourists and passers by are always commenting on how adorable the space is with calling out to say how “ quaint “ and they always say that the space beautifies the Marina because it is “not corporate .” There is usually a garden blooming in the outdoor space with shingles, but that depends on seasons and can be changed with every production. We have left something to your imagination and if things seem right, we can meet your scouts, but it is a super cute-rustic Loft / cabin on the water . As described earlier, this space was used for two productions, but they were extremely carefully vetted and the productions had to have quality budgets as well as tremendous care for the property. One of the productions did some quality renovations as part of the fee, which is option, pending negotiable details.For a project with extreme care for this special space this could be an excellent experience but caretakers must be on site during shoot and all productions will be carefully vetted. The caretakers are very respectful people and will respect your production personnel and crew as they understand the industry, but they require that this kind of respect be reciprocated. Please Note : a few corrections on the listing … we seem unable to edit some of the details in the original listing which states there is private parking. There is no private parking. There is ample public parking locally a few minutes away. And we would not count on full wheelchair accessibility…. We would have to say it’s partially wheelchair accessible… . As you can tell, we are not very keen on renting the space out for 12 hours or anything over six hours… But depending on the production, we can be flexible in some areas.
