We own a private 12 car lot at the back of the home, which is the perfect area to set up your video village, park cube trucks, have your overnight firewatch team or set up craft services. Homeowner owns the building and has access to additional units for talent holding, video village and sets. A separate rate is to be negotiated directly with existing tenants and requires a booking with The Perch in order to access additional units. Homeowner is in film & tv so understands the process and scope of any production.
