Fully Outfitted Photo/Video Studio + Lounge + Hmu

Our Studio is a fully outfitted film and video studio. It features a 600 square foot (30' x 20') studio with 17' x 13' cyc wall lit at Daylight temperature by 6 x Aputure 200D lights on a 15' x 15' grid which are controllable via a supplied iPhone. The perimeter of the room is outfitted with heavy, soundproof curtains. There are 5 x 20a quad boxes on independent circuits throughout around the room. Load-in can be accessed through the front door or an industrial door in the rear. We can provide various grip gear including a combo stand with boom arm, C-stands, sandbags, flags, as well as numerous Aputure Lights including the 600X, 300D, and 60X. We have 3 x Sony FX6 Cameras as well as an FX3 and A1 available to rent with tripods. We also have a streaming package with video mixer we can setup on site. These would all come at additional cost. While the acoustics are great in the space, inclement weather and environmental noise from the outside world may occasionally occur. If needed, renters may also access the Hair and Makeup/ Green are which features a well-lit makeup table and mirror as well a changing booth and full-length mirror. The lobby features a couch and sitting area as well a conference area with sound system. There's also a foosball table for down time.
