We are currently making our home available for productions while we do renovations and upgrades. Property has over 9,600 square feet of interior space including the large two story courtroom on the second floor with two stories of windows across all three sides. Some rooms are currently lived in with modern furnishings and other rooms are in or will be renovated and are in abandoned shape - unique property to film in! Building previously used for the film Who Has Seen The Wind. Set in Arcola Sask, known as the Heritage Town. Lots of other heritage properties to film around!

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
