Hello, I’m offering the ground floor of my house to rent as it will be a practically empty space, amenable to your needs, before I move into it. There are high ceilings and the space is charming with a lovely front garden and large back yard which will eventually look great but is currently just tarped to control weeds. The house has a back gate that goes out into Trinity Bellwoods park. It’s a great location! Looking to rent it out this fall.
