Welcome to Welshmoor! A sprawling 1947 custom stone estate with high ceilings and hotel inspired decor and finishes less than an hour from New York City and airports. The exquisite 6 acre estate is surrounded by a stone wall, and dotted with mature trees, water features and English garden during summer for outdoor parties and dinners. The interior has a combination of Great Gatsby 1920s style, with modern manor house sized rooms, chefs kitchen, high ceilings, picture windows, and lots of natural light. The four season conservatory boasts a farmhouse style dinning room, 18ft ceilings with chandeliers and wood burning fireplaces. Ample parking for 15 person crew and a long dramatic driveway with mature trees landscape lighting throughout.
The area is surrounded by farms, conservation land and wildlife. Located in Fairfield county CT.
