Our 50 Acre property within the GTA has everything you need. A gorgeous stone farmhouse, rolling lawns, mixed forests with groomed trails, working drive shed full of tractors, tools, equipment you name it. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a traditional centre hall. Large double hung windows in each room. One bedroom is above the Garage. A separate event barn fully finished with barn wood ceiling and large windows. A huge private pond/small lake with floating dock and gazebo. Winding cedar rail fence lined gravel driveway and many beautiful forest moments (including a small creek)
There is unlimited parking for all cars, trucks, craft service, generators and bathroom trailers. We are well off the road and do not need to worry about the road or neighbours.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
