What's Included in Your Booking?
16' x 10' x 9' White Cyclorama Wall: Our custom-built, pre-lit cyclorama wall provides a seamless, infinity background for your shoots.
Professional Lighting: The cyclorama wall is ceiling-lit for a beautiful, even base. Your rental also includes the use of three additional lights, including a diva light, to shape your scene perfectly.
Green Screen: A professional green screen is available for all your VFX and chroma key needs.
Teleprompter: Ensure a smooth delivery with our professional teleprompter, included in the price.
Audio Recording Booth (3.5' x 8' x 7.5'): Room is fully insulated with sound board and foam for excellent acoustics, includes use of a Mac computer, Blue Yeti mic with stand, and music stand—ideal for voice, podcast, music, or ADR sessions. Other mics available upon request.
58-Inch Monitor/TV on Wheels (Samsung 4K Crystal UHD Smart TV ):
Enhance your workflow with our mobile Samsung monitor (model UN58TU690T). Use it as a brilliant HDMI monitor to review footage, mirror your laptop, or collaborate with clients right on set. This feature-rich smart TV includes streaming apps such as YouTube Premium, Netflix, and YouTube TV, along with internet connectivity for screen sharing, entertainment, or presentations during breaks. The convenient wheeled design makes it easy to position anywhere in the studio for instant access.
Multiple Filming Locations: Your rental isn't limited to the studio! You also have access to:
* Elegant main floor living room, ideal for lifestyle or interview scenes.
* Spacious, covered patio deck with lounge furniture, BBQ grill, and fenced yard for outdoor shoots or breaks.
* Clean, private bathrooms both in the basement studio and on the main floor.
* Dedicated lounge/meeting area with printer and Mac computer for basic guest use.
* Complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the main floor kitchen for comfort and convenience.
On-Site Support: As a video production company, we're on-hand to help with any technical questions or setup needs. Need an extra hand? We offer crewing services for an additional fee.
Please Note: This is a "bring your own camera" studio. If you require additional crew or specific equipment, please inquire at the time of booking.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
