Extra feed and salt licks are available during deer season to lure them to the grass areas surrounding the property. The large fountains and pond upon entry add extra emphasis to the second largest property in Fawn Lake. Take advantage of the soccer, tennis, and basketball fields during studio breaks. Less than an hour from DC and 30 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg.
