Production Rules & House Access Guidelines: Access & Spaces • Main floor common areas (living room, dining, kitchen) are available for filming • Backyard and balcony access permitted with notice • Only pre-approved bedrooms may be used • Master bedroom is strictly off-limits for entry and filming • No access to personal storage areas including closets, drawers, and cabinets unless approved in advance Crew & Equipment • Crew must respect all protected areas of the home • Floor protection required for equipment-heavy setups • Any furniture or décor movement must be approved and returned to original placement • No shoes on rugs or fabric surfaces unless discussed Timing • Minimum booking: 4 hours • Overtime billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5x standard hourly rate • Setup and teardown must be included within the booked time Property Care • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property • Use of adhesive materials only if they leave zero residue • Any damage or excessive wear will be billed to production after assessment Parking & Access • Entry via front door unless otherwise arranged • Parking information will be provided upon booking • Crew vehicles must avoid blocking neighbors’ properties Supervision • Homeowner or representative will be onsite during shoot • Final walkthrough required before checkout
