Large 3200 sq ft home on a .43 acre lot with a beautiful large backyard. The pool and spa are surrounded by mature tropical landscaping, grass area, mood lighting and large covered patio. The home is a split wing 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths (although use of the master bedroom and bathroom will need to be arranged separately). There is a formal dining room and breakfast area, large kitchen with island, open family room with fireplace, laundry room and a game/trophy room. There is a second master suite and 2 more bedrooms for your use ( all 3 have beds and 1 is used as an office). The house has 10’ doors and 12’-15’ ceilings. There is an almost empty, 3 car garage that is also at your disposal. The pool and spa can be heated if prior arrangements are made.
*As an added offer, there is a dog actor and trainer who both live on site and can be booked if needed.
