This Waterfront retreat is ideal for group movie set needs of all kinds—from family setups and corporate scenes to wellness. Scenes can enjoy a lakeside setting, yoga matts, paddleboard views, communal dining features, fires pits and nature. With both indoor and outdoor spaces designed for interaction and reflection, the estate supports everything from a movie setup may need. There is also a 600 sq foot barn space for setup or storage. The estate is 4 acres in size for outdoor needs. West facing provides glorious sunsets. There is also lots of on-site parking. A very private setting with no neighbours and direct access on a maintained municipal road (for bigger equipment). The estate has a 2,000 sq foot fully renovated Main House , which has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. PLUS there are 5 separate sleeping accommodation units, each with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Total on-site bedrooms of 14 and bathrooms 7. Lots of space for all sorts of shooting needs! DM us for special long term rates if your shooting production needs extra time.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
