This is a colonial revival cottage/house that was built in 1888, moved to it's current location in 1912 and kitchens upgraded in what appears to the be 70's.
It has 12 foot high ceilings in the front two rooms.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs that are accessed by a intact staircase with beautiful painted wood handrail. There is a secondary top floor accessed in the back that has been stripped to the studs.
It has two kitchens in the back with low ceilings and a 3rd room. The kitchens are without appliances and falling apart. They are the most derelict part of the house. I wouldn't consider the toilets usable but they are there - the bathrooms are derelict.
The house will be demolished so any adjustments to the interior would be allowed.
