Our funky vintage apartment is a great location to shoot your film or commercial. The light is fantastic and ceilings are high (around ~9 feet).
The apartment is the top floor of our family townhouse, and you are welcome to use the entryway space, which has a gorgeous original curved banister (and the less gorgeous 70s brown and yellow carpet), as well as the front stoop for filming.
The block is a classic tree-lined brownstone block, the epitome of Brooklyn charm. We've already hosted a couple film shoots and really enjoyed it, and would love to host more (we have three charming young children and a Bernese Mountain dog for rent as well...KIDDING....sort of :)
Street parking is usually available, and we're conveniently located near the entrance to the BQE which makes getting in and out a breeze.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
