Hi!
I’m a musician and this loft has been my creative home and studio for the past 13 years. It’s a true Brooklyn artist space with a long history of music, art, and casting sessions.
The loft is a spacious 900 sq ft with 18 ft ceilings, perfect for film and lighting and with walls covered in original art and graffiti created over the years. It features open hardwood floors with plenty of usable space and no clutter, making it ideal for film and production.
The living room is quiet and tucked away from street noise. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island, dishwasher, microwave, and ample cabinetry.
The master lofted bedroom is oversized, with industrial details, a king bed, and a large TV. The second bedroom includes two lofted beds with a recording room/office underneath, plus a third small loft perfect for guests or staging.
The apartment has central heat and A/C, a unique bathroom with stone tiles, a comfortable bathtub, and original graffiti elements. High-speed internet supports any production needs.
