Designed by Brinkworth, the London design firm for leading global brands including Adidas, All Saints, Arc’teryx, Cookies, Google, Harrods, Nike, Stussy, and Supreme. The concept provides high-end showroom space suitable for a global urban brand. The space works well for vertical production, retail, nightclub, creative office, grocery, pharmacy, dispensary, etc. It is currently a clean canvas ready for set design.
You have full control of the HVAC system. There are 200 amps single phase and 200 amps three phase. There are power outlets in the floors and walls for maximum flexibility. The house lighting is camera-ready. We have 4 ADA bathrooms, a changing area, and a staff & catering kitchen. Load-in is simple with the on-grade roll-up and the dedicated loading area. High security building (alarm, lighting, cameras, etc).
The main room is 3,200sq ft.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
