Natural light and cross-ventilation create soft, dynamic atmospheres for filming. AC optional; eco- and health-conscious.
Internal electrical loops reduce electromagnetic exposure—enhancing wellbeing and restful sleep.

15m pool with shaded garden areas.
First-floor bedrooms with jalousies and mesh doors for natural airflow.
Quiet, private environment with versatile indoor/outdoor filming options.
Ambient sound from seasonal irrigation stream, birds, and croaking frogs.
Amenities & Accessibility:
Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, and local markets.
Fully furnished kitchen; appliances checked before arrival (dishwasher unavailable).
Towels, toiletries, and mosquito repellents provided on arrival.
Safety & House Guidelines:
Avoid walking near the four cornerstones at the pool (to protect the filtration system)—damage will be charged.
Children must be supervised; the staircase has no lower railing.
No pets on furniture or in the pool; extra cleaning/damage charges apply.
Smoking indoors is prohibited; outdoors, only with proper disposal.
Noise must remain controlled after 10 PM; events or unauthorised visitors are not allowed.
Report any damage or malfunction immediately; compensation is required for damages.
Production Note:
Spaces are ready for shoots; furniture must remain in place.
