This is a beautiful property located in Lake Balboa. The original owner was the childhood home of Don Drysdale LA Dodgers pitcher. The property is 1/3 of an acre. The house is 1700 ft.² four bedrooms, two baths and a flat layout no stairs, no steps. There is a 20 x 40‘ inground pool with a diving board. A very large tree out front and palm trees in the back as well as a giant bird of paradise tree. It definitely looks southern California. There is also a barbecue/bar right in the backyard. And an offset garage with a drum kit, pool table, and weight bench. Ever since we’ve been here, it has been the place that people want to throw parties at. It might be a good place for a production or filming.
