Once Upon A Time - Unique Storefront W/ Secret Garden

This adorable antique storefront with a large "secret garden" has served as a backdrop for countless, short films, music videos and photoshoots. It is located in the center of Williamsburg on Metropolitan Ave so getting there is easy, and loading in/out is seamless. They are wired from the front entrance to the very back of the garden, so you have continuous sound throughout. All hook up via Bluetooth via receiver. Furniture & Site Visits » All furniture in the photos is included. » As the space continues to evolve we may invite new pieces. We encourage you to come visit in person or join us for a video walkthrough to view the most current look. Heating & Air Conditioning » The inside is fully heated and very cozy in the colder months. » The inside also has strong AC to keep cool in the warmer months. Food & Beverage » We do not have a kitchen, refrigerator, or microwave; please plan accordingly. » Bring your own food & beverage at no extra charge. 🜁 Check-In The host will greet you upon arrival, however will not be present during your reservation, but will be on call by telephone and able to return to the space if needed. Instructions will be given if host cannot make the check in time. 🜂 Check-Out The host will be on site at your check out time to do a final walkthrough. Please communicate at least one hour in advance if you need more time. Instructions will be given if host cannot make the check out time. 🜃 Cleaning Fee The cleaning fee is included with your booking. However we expect the space is mostly left as found, with any garbage being properly disposed of and items returned to their original location. 🜄 About Us We provide boutique event venues for intimate gatherings. Our spaces have also been a successful backdrop for countless photoshoots and films. We have hosted 600+ events since opening in 2021.
