The property features dusty, scenic dirt roads perfect for filming cars, motorcycles, ATVs, or trucks. Kicking up dust here isn’t just allowed — it’s part of the look and part of our every day life. Inside the gates, you’ll find a few nice dusty dirt roads. Some are flat and some steep with dramatic valley views. Whether you’re after rugged off-road energy or moody desert vistas, these roads deliver a raw, versatile canvas for your production. All props and structures are movable, and we allow most things to be repainted and to be restyled and redressed per production design needs. On-Site Production Amenities: • Flat staging zones for tents, chairs, and production/catering setups • Courtesy generator available and access to power where possible • Productions are required to provide FilmLA-approved sanitation, restroom, and hand-washing trailers meeting County Health Department standards. • Small-scale productions (under 20 people) may, with prior approval, use the ranch’s modern restrooms and showers. • On-site parking for crew vehicles and grip trucks • Access to additional Farm sets , sheds and accessory buildings upon request • Optional basecamp and greenroom area on adjacent property (negotiable) • Lockable 120 sq ft accessory buildings with internet available for staging or production use • Access to our Ranch Kitchen & Greenroom Lounge at main ranch house possible • Ranch trucks , tractor, trailers, boat and ATV's can be moved and used for props free of charge ( or you can rent them!) • Day & Night Use approved — ideal for golden hour or moody night lighting Can be combined with other on-site locations across the ranch, including barns, accessory buildings, cabins, and unique spaces, all designed and styled with cinematic authenticity in mind.
