Huge townhouse with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the East Village, just off Tompkins Square Park. House has spacious patio garden (720 sq. ft) off the kitchen. The design of the house is spectacular- striking modern, industrial design, and high ceilings. Outside in the garden, a pergola which is illuminated with fairy lights at night and seating. The house is surrounded by community gardens on three sides. Note that the house is almost completely sound proof - extremely quiet!
Currently only allowing shoots of under 40 people.
Pricing is for the living room, dining room, kitchen and garden and one bathroom. Pricing for upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms is additional.
