There are two separate venues located on 40 acres of scenic land in Jefferson County, Florida. This location consists of a Main house as well as a Guest House. The spacious Main House is 10,000 square feet and has 9 bedrooms / 8 1/2 bathrooms, along with a banquet facility that seats up to 100 people! And if that isn't enough space, the Guest House is an additional 4 bedrooms/ 3 1/2 bathrooms totaling 2,200 square feet. Both properties have wooden verandas located on the exterior of each building, with large and open backyard lawns.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
