This 1300sq ft establishment can be used for numerous events. It has a fully equipped kitchen (staff can be provided) and also has a fully licensed bar area.
Previous rentals have been used for art gallery premieres live music, movie screenings, company buyouts for staff, parties, fashion shows for upcoming designers, comedy shows for local talent. We also have an in house dj that can be available upon request. We take pride in providing our space for local talent to shine and show their skills. We are in the heart of Kengsington Market. Looking forward to providingour space for you.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
