Flooded with natural light from expansive north and east-facing windows, the space offers a versatile "blank canvas" for high-end content creation.
**Please note that this property contains a corner studio within a larger office. This booking is solely for the studio space - members of the ASA team can use the meeting areas/office space (but not the studio space) during your booking. If you'd like to book the entire space (studio space and office/meeting rooms for just your use), you can do that as well at a modified hourly rate!
The Studio & Production Kit
Natural Light: Exceptional exposure with large windows, perfect for lifestyle and product shoots.
Kitchen Set: 16-foot mobile kitchen on wheels featuring a fully functioning induction cooktop and oven. The unit can be repositioned anywhere in the studio, including directly beside the windows to maximize natural light. The studio is equipped with adjustable blinds for full light control when needed. Water is non-functional and the faucet is for prop styling only.
Staging & Workstations: Includes a rolling work bench/table for flexible set builds and dedicated countertop surfaces ideal for staging product or kitchen-focused shots.
Lighting & Grip: Includes 4-5 mid-tier video lights, 4 heavy-duty C-stands, lightweight stands, and assorted apple boxes.
Modifiers & Surfaces: Access to 4-5 softboxes and a variety of vinyl backgrounds for product styling.
Food Styling Library: Extensive collection of props, including glassware, ceramic dishes, and kitchen utensils.
Client Monitoring: A rolling 52" TV is available for real-time client review and tethered shooting.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
