Starting with the pink popsicle dutch door with beveled diamond glass and matching bay window, the warm and inviting space offers lots of color and character in the form of wallpaper, interior brick walls and carefully curated furniture. Adjacent to the bay window is a lush living green wall.
Oversized kitchen with two islands flanking a black and brass Le Cornue oven and hood. Custom pink cabinets complimented by old Chicago style brick tiles.
In home art deco theater with stadium style seating boasting genuine brown leather RH sofas, recliners and barstools. Sound dampening walls are dressed with sports memorabilia and features a state of the art 9.2 surround sound system.
The family room with midcentury modern vibe has 9' tall sliding glass panels that disappear into a wall and open up to the tropical yard for a seamless indoor/outdoor feel. The room has a large oval moss wall art piece, oversized rattan chandelier, Audio-Technica vinyl record player, 86" smart TV and beautifully paneled throughout (walls and ceiling).
The yard mimics an oasis like resort. Lush evergreen landscaping, beautiful hardscape and a unique boulder retaining wall behind the outdoor shower. The freeform two-toned pool has a large Baja shelf with loungers and umbrellas and beach entry. Nestled beside the pool is a sunken fire pit section that offers lots of seating and makes for a cozy ambiance. Multiple seating areas throughout with RH Outdoor furniture. A large heated gazebo with pitched roof and chandelier houses a full outdoor kitchen, dining area, rolling kitchen island and wood burning pizza oven. Multiple patio heaters available.
Another notable space is the main bedroom that has a must see dark academia ambiance. The gem tones mesh so well, as the black stone natural wood burning fireplace really grounds the space. The 12' wide bi-fold accordion style glass doors open to the outdoor/gazebo area.
Common areas of the home and the entire outdoor area (gazebo included) is equipped with surround speaker system.
