Welcome to our house located in the heart of Muskoka Lakes on a quiet lake and a situated on a large 1.5 acre wooded lot.
You'll be greeted by a long tree lined driveway which leads to a private flat, open, landscaped lot and a 50 ft of beach and a large dock. Nestled in a quiet shallow sandy bay.
The home was rebuilt in 2023 and offers a bright, cozy, rustic farmhouse feel with modern elements.
The exterior features a large deck which leads to a screened in gazebo room with a hot tub attached. A boardwalk path leads to the exterior stone fire pit area and the beach.
The property is south east facing offers loads of morning and afternoon sun. The property is on a flat level lot with year round access.
