Up for offer is the use of a very large unique looking Mansion nestled on the mountain overlooking Salt Lake City Westward facing (Westward sunsets). The views of SLC from the interior are stunning and just as amazing is the view from the outdoor deck. The interior is decorated minimalistically, very high ceilings, interior color is very white, bright, lots of windows and natural light with an overall modern clean feeling, next to no carpet, all hardwood floors or tile. Lots of parking, lots of garage space, nice cars and bikes for filming. Front garden/landscaping is incredible with an amazing architecturally designed outdoor lighting package.
