Restored Pink Cottage

This two-bedroom, one-bath bungalow features large rooms with the bedrooms on one side of the house sharing a large closet. The living room, dining room and kitchen are on the opposite side. All the rooms feature shiplap paneling, and most rooms are newly painted in a soft pistachio. The original double-hung windows were restored and insulated. Each is trimmed with original window trim, painted white. All the main rooms feature their original long-leaf pine flooring, professionally restored. The ceilings throughout the cottage are over 10 feet tall, and several rooms feature ceiling fans. This house features refinished fir wood doors, four of which include original glass panels. Two of the doors feature glass transoms, and the front door is original with a wooden bow detail. The living and dining rooms open to each other, offering a flexible space for gathering. The dining room offers an original china cabinet accented with Tiffany Blue painted beadboard. The kitchen was completely remodeled, and the cabinets are a medium gray. The backsplash is white pressed tin. The stainless gas range features a chimney vent hood. The porcelain apron sink offers a pullout sprayer faucet.
