Our downtown studio is a perfect backdrop for creatives, featuring an original bank vault from the early 1900s and a beautiful “petite” grand marble spiral staircase. The space is perfect for music videos, podcasts, live streaming, and photo shoots, additional spaces are throughout the building and can be included as add-on Including a rooftop, bank managers office and loft which can be included as an add-on. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
