Hi, I’m registering primarily the garden and outdoor kitchen, rather than the interior of the house. The rear garden is south-facing and visually distinct from the property itself, often described by visitors as feeling more like Greece, Italy or the South of France than a typical UK suburban setting. Key features include a large wood-fired pizza oven, a pergola with a mature grape vine, pale stone paving, Mediterranean planting and festoon lighting, which works particularly well for dusk and evening scenes. The space could work well as a cost-effective substitute location for closed or semi-closed shots requiring a Mediterranean feel, without the need for overseas travel. The layout is contained and controllable, with good natural light throughout the day. Happy to discuss access, flexibility and any specific filming requirements.
