The studio was built by the crew from Star Trek at Pinewood studios during the Covid shutdown. It is a magnificent, large, well lit arts and crafts space.
The property is two houses in one. A modern loft feel in back and a Victorian farmhouse in front. Two separate kitchens, one rustic, one modern. A vintage renovated look in front, complete with fireplace (gas), original trim and large windows.
The house is surrounded by 100 year old maples, pines and poplar and is barely visible from the street. It sits on about 2 acres of land with a lovely nature walk.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
