Center Hall Colonial On Tree Lined Street In Upper Montclair

Hi there! Thank for considering our home for your next production! Our home has a lovely dining room and family room - smaller bathrooms and some large bedrooms. The furniture on the main level is easily movable if necessary. The light fixture hanging from the ceiling hides the disco ball turner - we can turn the room into a disco party in 30 seconds! The loving room and dining room get great light. The kitchen is not huge or modern looking at all but everything works and you are welcome to use it all. We have two pianos that are on wheels so can be moved out of the way or played if you need for the shoot. I keep them tuned. Our home has very pretty moldings that contrast nicely with the paint colors. We have two staircases which could be handy if you need to shoot on one but use the other. We also have a music studio in the basement with a keyboard, drums, sound proofing etc. And my husband has what we call Lego City as well with lots of different Lego sets all put together to form a little city. Cannot be moved but can be shot no problem. Our driveway is long and we can move our cars to the neighbor's driveway for the shoot to make more room for your vehicles. The backyard is great but does have a huge trampoline which can be moved out of the shot if necessary - plenty of room on the driveway - the astro turf is high quality and always looks great.
