The Canning Factory

1930s era canning factory reimagined as a multi-functional event and cultural space, located in the heart of Northumberland County. The Canning Factory rests on a four-acre property surrounded by trees and a sprawling back lawn. There are two buildings and a large courtyard that can be used for any form of private event or activation. The main building contains two large, exceedingly bright open concept floors, washrooms, and a fully functional stand-alone industrial kitchen. This building is fully renovated and is perfect for dining or cocktail events. The second building is an expansive two-story barn, with vacant floorspace and large floor to ceiling windows that overlook the property. The barn maintains it's original charm with some contemporary upgrades making it the perfect venue for large open gatherings. The Courtyard and Gardens were fashioned from collapsing infrastructure. The enduring outer wall provides privacy and a framing of the main and second buildings.
