PRODUCTION / FILM BUYOUT PRICING (RECOMMENDED)
FILMING (HOURLY)
- Small crew (1–10): $175–$225/hr
- Medium crew (11–25): $250–$350/hr
- Large crew (26+): $350–$500/hr
DAY RATES (10-HOUR BLOCK)
- Small crew day rate: $2,000–$2,250
- Medium crew day rate: $2,750–$3,500
- Large crew day rate: $3,500–$5,000
FULL VENUE BUYOUT (EXCLUSIVE CONTROL)
(Buyout = Day Rate + 30–50% premium)
- Small crew buyout: $2,600–$3,250
- Medium crew buyout: $3,600–$5,250
- Large crew buyout: $5,000–$7,500
BASECAMP-ONLY (NO/LOW FILMING)
- $1,000–$2,500/day (depends on crew size + hours + exclusivity)
PREP / HOLD / WRAP DAYS (COMMON)
- 50% of the shoot day rate per day
(Used for set dress, pre-rig, holding, strike, restoration)
OVERTIME
- After 10 hours: 1.5x hourly rate
- After 12 hours (optional): 2.0x hourly rate
FEES & TERMS
- Cleaning/reset: $350 minimum (can increase for heavy days)
- Production deposit: $1,500–$2,500 (refundable after inspection)
- Venue rep / site manager (if required): $40–$60/hr or $350/day

Cancellation Policy
Standard
Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
