Located in the heart of New York’s Chelsea Garden district within a 5,000 sq. foot facility, this transformable 60-seat theatre features a gorgeous proscenium arch, a deep stage, and a new lighting and sound system. It provides a warm, clean, and modern creative home. It is highly versatile and ideal for full-scale theatrical productions, intimate performances, film shoots, film screenings, staged readings, and experimental work.

Stage Area: 20′ x 18′
Pricing: Video Shoots: $100/hour (before 5:00 PM) | $125/hour (after 5:00 PM)
Productions: $550 for 4 hours
Film Screenings: $400 for 3 hours
Staged Readings: $350 for 3 hours
Rehearsals: $65/hour (3-hour minimum; additional fees for theatrical lighting)
Meetings/Workshops/Conferences: $125/hour (3-hour minimum; additional fees for theatrical lighting)
Note: Non-profits receive an automatic 10% discount (must present current status letter).

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
