A fully equipped space also including some stylish and fun props for your use. It has everything you need and more for your event, gathering, workshop or any special occasion. It is also family/kid friendly. I have many toys, puzzles, games, etc. available for babies, toddlers and children to play with. There is also additional furniture and props available for your use such as retro stove, vintage school desk, free-standing popcorn machine, gumball machine, etc. that can be used for photo shoots and incorporated into your events. The red fridge and vintage stove in particularly are very popular and always talked about:) The kitchen island other pieces are movable, so you can configure the space for your use and vision. This space is great for photoshoots, meetings, events, special occasion events, seminars, yoga, fitness classes, cooking classes and events, workshops, seminars, live music, artisan markets, private parties, events, dinners, clothing trunk shows, pop-up shops, book clubs, etc. There is also a spacious side garden/yard that is very pretty during the warmer and fall months. There is bench seating to enjoy the flowers, sun and shade depending on the time of day. It's a great bonus space to enjoy and make use of during your booking. I am also have some fun extras for an additional minimal fee including: bean bag toss, jumbo connect 4, large jenga, jumbo checkers, bucket of photo props and other fun games to play indoors/outdoors -for the young and young at heart:) This storefront street-level space is also fantastic for creative classes, pop-up shops, artisan markets, comedy events, yoga or dance classes or hosting an event! Some of the past bookings here include: wedding showers, workshops, business meetings, photo shoots, short films, pop-up shops, clothing trunk shows, kid's events, dance and music classes, pet adoption events, community fundraisers, space for film crew, actors, meetings for clubs, comedy nights, live music, acting rehearsal space, etc. The possibilities are endless!
