Originally built in 1957, this historic building has been thoughtfully renovated into two private, fully furnished suites. This bright, modern two-bedroom suite is designed for relaxed coastal living, with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. The living space: You will have a private entry from the front of the building. Entering the unit, there is a small foyer, then down the hall is an open concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with sliding patio doors to the large deck, in-suite washer/dryer, and 4 pc bathroom. The living space features white shiplap walls for a coastal and modern feel. Off the dining room, you'll find a fabulous private deck facing the harbour. It has 4 red Muskoka chairs for a pop of colour. Sleeping quarters: Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed and white walls. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, with white walls and a sliding barn door. For larger productions, our second unit next door is available as well. Ideal for storage, staff accomodation, or production angles.
