1930’s waterfront stone cottage with wall of windows facing Harper Bay. The cottage is set high above the road with separate stone studio & beautiful private courtyard. The home is updated and decorated with a modern eclectic feel. It has 2 bedrooms plus a loft, living room with wood stove and unsurpassed views of the water (Puget sound) and nature. The kitchen with KitchenAid appliances & granite countertops and eat in area. There is a deck off the kitchen perfect for grilling in summer. The cottage has 2 bathrooms on the main floor; one in the hall, the other is a en-suite off the master bedroom which also includes a private patio. The garage is located under the home. It has a bathroom and laundry in addition to one parking space. It is finished and heated.
The property is beautiful with old growth trees, plenty of grassy areas and gardens. The driveway is long with an additional home on the back of the property. There is ample parking in driveway and street parking.
Harper Park is located 900 feet away with a good size parking lot.
