Welcome to our peaceful backyard retreat—designed with creators, hosts, and experience-makers in mind. Whether you're planning a cozy celebration, a styled shoot, or a small pop-up event, this space offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and scenery.
The spacious yard opens up to breathtaking views, with a sparkling pool, a relaxing hot tub and a glowing firepit that set the tone for unforgettable moments. There’s plenty of room to design your event your way, whether it’s lounge seating under the sky or a curated scene for your production.
You’ll also have access to an indoor suite with thoughtful touches—comfortable seating, a spacious bathroom, and a kitchen for food-prep and hot/cold beverages to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
We welcome up to 20 guests per booking, making this an ideal space for intimate, well-curated experiences.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
