The space
Top level - 3rd floor:
-open floor plan with a game room for all to enjoy.
-open, spacious loft area with plenty space for the family to enjoy the game room 50” Tv with multiple streaming apps.
-Queen bedroom with smart TV, chair, walk in closet with room darkening shades. Full bathroom outside of the room.
- Twin over full bunk beds . Smart tv with PS4 console and lots of games. Bean bag chairs for gaming.
2nd floor:
-Master King bedroom with great en-suite bathroom. All toiletries and plush linens provided. Plush Purple mattress with cooling, breathable linens. Plenty of pillows & blankets. 55' Smart Tv and walk-in closet.
2nd king bedroom:
-Great comfortable bed with plush bedding and linens
-65" smart TV
-Walk In Closet
-Linens and blankets
- Magnificent ensuite with towel and toiletries.
Queen bedroom
-With 65” Tv with multiple streaming apps.

Bottom floor:
Spacious sitting room when you walk with a large office with great light including a daybed.
- Great family room with a sectional that seats 8 comfortability. 70' Smart TV with an old fashion freshly made popcorn machine. Plush and relaxing throws for all that visits.

Public beach access is just a 15 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach, 15 minutes from downtown Wilmington's great shops and restaurants, 30 minute drive to Topsail Beach and less than 10 minutes from Mayfaire shopping and entertainment.
