The open-plan studio floor features textured concrete surfaces, architectural details, and strong natural depth. The layout comfortably accommodates small to mid-sized crews and can be configured for a wide range of setups.
Large shutter access allows direct vehicle load-in, with private off-street parking available. Vehicles may be brought inside for production purposes upon prior discussion.
Industrial Workshop Area & Movable Structural Features
The warehouse incorporates an authentic industrial metalworking zone that can serve as a textured backdrop for film and photography. Real metal structures, fabrication elements, and raw materials add depth and visual authenticity that cannot be replicated in standard white studios.
A curated selection of industrial props — including suspended chains, metal frames, and custom-built architectural elements — are available on-site. All props are fully movable and can be repositioned or removed, allowing the space to transition from clean industrial minimalism to darker cinematic environments.
Exposed steel ceiling beams add architectural character while offering options for lightweight lighting poles or temporary rigging (subject to prior agreement and safety guidelines).
Live or staged welding spark visuals can be arranged upon request for productions seeking dynamic industrial effects (subject to safety conditions and prior discussion).
Use of tools or equipment is strictly by prior arrangement only.
